You are warmly invited to our four-week Breathwork Journey in a beautiful art space in Kreuzberg. This series focuses on using the conscious connected breath to explore our inner landscapes and process emotions, memories, and current life topics.
Each session will delve into the currents of your personal life while offering a supportive environment to process and integrate these experiences. We will meet every Wednesday during these four weeks to breathe, move, and connect. In between our weekly meetings, we’ll stay connected through a Telegram group to ensure you are fully supported throughout the journey.
We aim to create a safe container, breathing in community and building a sense of consistency. We embrace a healing process that values curiosity and grace, allowing time for everything to unfold and integrate.
This journey suits all experience levels, whether you are a first-time breather or an experienced one.
What to Expect
Weekly Sessions
: We will meet once a week for 4 weeks (every Wednesday evening), with each session lasting approximately two hours.
Conscious Connected Breath
: Learn and practice the Conscious Connected Breathing technique, a powerful method to access deeper layers of consciousness, facilitate emotional healing, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.
Thematic Exploration
: Each session will center around themes of acceptance and integration. You'll be guided to explore and work through personal topics that are showing up in your life and you want to look into.
Journaling
: Engage in reflective journaling exercises to document your insights and progress throughout the workshop.
Movement
: Participate in gentle movement exercises to help integrate the breathwork practice and release physical tension.
Sharing Circle
: Join group discussions and sharing circles, fostering a sense of community and mutual support as you navigate your journey.
Snacks
: Enjoy healthy snacks after each session to nourish and energize you.
Telegram Group
: Stay connected and supported between weekly sessions through a dedicated Telegram group, where you can share experiences and receive ongoing support.
1:1 Facilitator Call
: Have the opportunity to schedule a one-on-one call with the facilitator if additional support is needed.
