Dynamic Healing: Movement & Breathwork

Sunny, born and raised in Berlin, has always had a deep passion for dance and movement, trance and transformation. She began her artistic journey in modern dance theater, exploring various productions and honing her skills as a dancer. However, when she became a mother, her focus shifted, temporarily pausing her dance career. Sunny started her yoga journey in NYC at OM Factory and the Dharma Yoga Center NYC, practicing and learning under the guidance of Sri Dharma Mittra. Sunny offers various classes that show her diverse background of dance, yoga, somatic coaching, and breathwork. Her teaching style is nurturing, encouraging students to explore their bodies, minds, and spirits in a holistic way. Joining her classes promises a transformative journey, where participants can unlock their inner potential and find a deep sense of connection and self-discovery. In addition to her classes, Sunny also offers massage journeys and 1:1 breathwork & coaching sessions as well as microdose mentoring.
