Sarah guides the dance in a connecting, deepening and fun way, helping you explore your unique movement and express freely. Surrender with her to the vibrations, from very soft and spacious to ecstatic and wild.

ABOUT SARAH

Sarah is a 700-hour certified yoga teacher, spiritual musician, dancer, and movement pedagogue. With a focus on expanding human consciousness, she blends somatic movement, breathwork, dance, and meditation to guide others into their full expression. Sarah leads with love and respect for traditional teachings.

ABOUT ENGELBERT

Engelbert is a lifelong musician, playing instruments such as the Persian santur, handpan, percussion, guitar, and flutes. With a deep passion for group dynamics, he leads live ecstatic dances and singing circles. His project "Mystical Mystery" has positively transformed many lives through its unique musical journey.
